Beginner path

Start here: your first IPTV setup in five steps

You don't need to know anything about IPTV to start. Work through these five steps in order. Each one ends with a simple “done when” check and links to the guide that covers it.

Your first IPTV setup has five parts: identify the device, understand the subscription, choose a compatible player, request a trial or select a plan, then add the supplied login and test. You can stop at any step and ask support for help.

  1. 1Check your device
  2. 2Understand the two purchases
  3. 3Choose a player app
  4. 4Try it, or choose a plan
  5. 5Enter your login and test
  1. Step 1: Check your device

Decide which screen you'll use first, then look for its app store. Smart TVs, streaming sticks and boxes, phones, tablets and computers all have one. If your TV has no apps at all, a streaming stick plugged into its HDMI port is the usual way in.

Write down the brand, model and year. You'll need them if you ask for help, and they decide which apps you can install.

Done when: You know your device's model and where its apps come from.

  2. Step 2: Understand the two purchases

IPTV has two parts that come from different places. The subscription (Nova Star TV IPTV) supplies the channels and library through a login. The player app is the software on your screen, made by a separate developer. Knowing this saves most beginner confusion, and tells you who to contact when something goes wrong.

Done when: You know the channels come from the subscription and the on-screen layout comes from the player.

  3. Step 3: Choose a player app

Search your device's official app store for an IPTV player. Read the description and pick one that accepts an Xtream Codes login (server URL, username and password) or an M3U playlist link. Check whether the developer charges a fee. Check any evaluation period and renewal terms shown by the app developer.

An app being in the store doesn't prove it works with any particular service. The trial is how you check.

Done when: A player is installed and you've found its add-playlist or login screen.

  4. Step 4: Try it, or choose a plan

To check your own device first, prepare a 24-hour trial request. Review the message, then send it through WhatsApp or email. No credit card is needed; support confirms availability and supplies any trial details. When ready, choose a plan by simultaneous screen count and term. Prices are full USD totals and checkout happens on iptvservices.online.

Done when: You have sent a trial request for support to review, or completed a paid order and saved its reference.

  5. Step 5: Enter your login and test

Your account email lists a username, password, server URL and an M3U playlist link. Copy them into the player exactly. Then open a live channel, try a movie and look at the TV guide. If something fails, note the exact error message and contact support. Never post your password anywhere.

Done when: A live channel plays and you know where to get help.

Stuck on a step?

Tell support which step you're on, your device model and your player app. You'll get a more useful answer than with “it doesn't work”.
